What is 360 degree feedback?

360 Degree Feedback is a means for providing feedback from different stakeholders i.e. manager, peers, direct-reports or even customers.  see figure to the right. The term "360 degree feedback" is also known in other forms as, "multi-rater feedback", "multi-source feedback", "360 degree review", "360 degree employee feedback" or 'Multi-rater employee reviews".
