During our setup process the development team even launched several new features to make managing our surveys even easier.
We also appreciate Vision Metrics’ willingness to be flexible to our company’s method of peer review and evaluation, and not locking us into a pre-defined concept. The service oriented architecture of the Vision Metrics system also made it possible to launch and manage a new internal evaluation initiative that we would otherwise have spent many hours and funds to accomplish on our own, and everyone here was very pleased with the results, and the level of detail the reports provided. Our company was looking for an online service that offers a 360 performance appraisal. I came across the website for Vision Metrics. They thoroughly explained the process and support was available anytime I contacted them for assistance. They were dedicated to our account and demonstrated excellent, outstanding service. They were capable, knowledgeable and very efficient and even handled mundane tasks for our company. The final 360 report that we received after the survey was completed was an incredible wealth of knowledge that allows the company to know the standings of our employees.
