Privacy:

Vision Metrics takes privacy of submitted contact information seriously. We do not distribute any collected information to any third or affiliated party. Contact information is only used for internal purposes to provide you with updated information and for us to contact you upon request.

Liability:

Vision Metrics cannot be held responsible for the inaccuracy, up to datedness  or deviation of the online demo with the actual service. As upgrades are continuously made to our system, the demo may deviate from the acutal updated product.

Reverse Engineering:

It is prohibited to reverse-engineer any aspect of the online demo.

Terms of Use Policy:

Users will be able to view the online Flash demo for a maximum of 7 days. Vision Metrics assumes the intent to view the online demo to be of a legitimate interest basis in which the viewer is interested in our services for no other reason than the use of our products & services for your company/organization. Vision Metrics withholds the right to either not respond to public domain email addresses i.e. @hotmail, @gmail or requests from students or for educational purposes. Vision Metrics reserves the right to also not respond to requests for this online demo portion it deems not serious or not in accordance with our commercial strategy. No rights can be obtained from viewing or applying/requesting of the online Flash demo.

Vision Metrics™ is a protected trademark. Use of the Vision Metrics logo in any form is prohibited without express written permission.
