You were always willing to work with us when we requested customization, and helped us understand the Vision Metrics system. During our setup process the development team even launched several new features to make managing our surveys even easier.
We also appreciate Vision Metrics’ willingness to be flexible to our company’s method of peer review and evaluation, and not locking us into a pre-defined concept. The service oriented architecture of the Vision Metrics system also made it possible to launch and manage a new internal evaluation initiative that we would otherwise have spent many hours and funds to accomplish on our own, and everyone here was very pleased with the results, and the level of detail the reports provided.
