Quick and easy way to keep track of your evaluations. Respondents maintain an overview of employee relationship links. Simply clicking the 'evaluate' button will allow the respondent to evaluate their colleague.

Respondents can also confirm or decline any relationship requests made by other respondents. This added work-flow functionality is configurable to be set by HR, respondents or both.

Adding 360 Degree Feedback Relationships

Depending on whether the option is enabled by the client, respondents can add new relationships per role allowing in organic growth mode.
