have you can alter, add and updates questions specific to your company needs.

2) Do I need to install any software? |
|
No. The great thing about VisionM
products is that you do not need any software installation or programs to run Vision Metrics.
Vision Metrics is completely web based so all you need
is a PC and an Internet connection. |

3) Can I benchmark results for comparative analysis?

Yes. You can rerun surveys and benchmark the results
to previously published surveys.

4) Can I weight questions posed to reflect my strategy needs?
|
|
Yes. Depending on
which subscription package you have you can alter the weighting of questions.

5) How secure is my data?
|
|
Vision Metrics takes security
and privacy very seriously. We have taken all available precautions to secure data
through industry standard encryption protocols, firewalls and proprietary encryption
layers.

6) Are the surveys anonymous?
|
|
Yes (Organizational Performance Surveys). Respondents answer survey questions anonymously.
The only information we register is whether a respondent's email address completed
the survey or not. Manager profiles are available to you only, unless you decide
to grant rights to some or all of the registered respective managers you
submitted for appraisal.
Yes or No (Marketing Surveys). With Marketing Instruments you want to much as
much as possible about your customer. Options vary here. Please contact one of our
consultants for more information.

7) How well are the email addresses submitted protected?

Vision Metrics takes security and privacy very seriously. Respondent email addresses submitted are encrypted
in our database so only you will be able to see the emails once logged in to your
account.

8) Can Vision Metrics deal with multilingual surveys?

Yes. Vision Metrics surveys can be conducted in different
languages simultaneously. |

10) What are the payment options?

Within the EU, your subscription can be invoiced.
Outside the EU we accept international wire transfers to a SWIFT/IBAN account and credit
card payment through a secure third party.
