We have changed the user log in url to its own new sub domain for better performance and manageability:

http://user.visionmetrics.net

from the previous www.visionmetrics.net/respondent which means that, in the future, any favorite bookmarks to this or any prior survey will no longer work.

If you use bookmarked/favorite links to access the system please either change them or delete them and add the new sub domain url as a favorite/bookmark.
